Overview In this role you will drive Health & Safety excellence within Airbus Defence and Space Sevilla by guiding risk categorisation, elimination, substitution or mitigation and ensuring compliant, technically sound controls. You will shape safe methods of work and integrate them into the EHS management system, leveraging your expertise to support business leaders. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to sustain a safety-focused culture and improve risk management across activities.

Requisitos principales Degree level education or equivalent

Postgraduate in Prevention of Labour Risks

Specialization in Psychosocial Risk Management

At least 4 years of experience in Prevention of Labour Risks

Spanish and English negotiation level

Good communication and negotiation skills communication negotiation stakeholder management risk assessment

EHS management system design and implementation of safe methods of work
