HR INTERN:

About Us The Staffing Guild is an HR Consulting firm operating in the UK and India. We are experts in Workplace Consulting, Recruitment and Learning & Development. We are currently engaged in building a global platform of trainers, recruiters, coaches and consultants providing sustainable consulting solutions to local businesses and connecting them with local talent, helping relieve a global talent shortage.

Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate HR Intern. This internship is a Learning Opportunity and designed to help people become freelance recruiters.

The Intern will be engaged with our integral Talent Community learning and conducting recruitment and headhunting.

- The role is 6 months long.
- There is no associated stipend with this internship.
- A total of 6-10 work hours per week are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes,



and conducting interviews.
- Post and manage job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Participate in other HR-related projects and tasks as required by the team.

Qualifications

- Interest or Exposure to HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple recruitment processes.
- A Learning Mindset.
