Overview In this role you will manage and grow relationships with high value players, tailoring experiences across products while prioritizing player safety. You will work within a small team to support the HVC program, loyalty initiatives, and the overall player lifecycle, contributing to strategy execution. You will partner with Product, CS, CRM, Marketing, and Events to drive activity and profitable engagement.

This is a hands-on, customer-focused role that combines relationship management with data-driven insights to maximize retention and turnover.

Responsabilidades

Build strong relationships with high value clients and deliver personalized experiences across all products

Introduce and manage an HVC benefits package to ensure exceptional service

Analyze and report on HVC segments to identify loyalty opportunities and player movements

Monitor customer performance and ensure compliant bonuses, gifts and hospitality

Support campaigns to drive activity for HVCs, with timely execution and results tracking





Enhance the customer journey and promote responsible gambling to strengthen profitable relationships

Collaborate with Product, CS, and CRM to increase player activity and turnover

Support Marketing and Events to plan and host local and general events for clients

Proactively make outbound calls to clients with information and promotional opportunities

Provide regular progress updates on tasks and projects

Foster a collaborative, honest team culture and give constructive feedback to peers and other departments

Requisitos principales Experience in a similar role or demonstrated knowledge of customer management

Fluent in Spanish and English; proficient in Excel and data platforms

Strong analytical and communication skills with a strong commercial awareness

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve KPIs

Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail and ability to present to senior stakeholders communication analytical thinking team player proactive
