Overview In this role, you will lead end-to-end processing and control of private debt and alternative investments within the Investment Administration & Accounting (IAA) function. You will work with investment teams, custodians, and third-party administrators to ensure accurate, timely reporting and strong governance. You will drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and risk controls across private markets.

This position offers exposure to cross-functional initiatives and a chance to shape operational excellence in a integral finance context. You will contribute to reliable investment information that supports strategic decision-making and stakeholder trust.

Responsabilidades Manage end-to-end processing, posting, and clearing of private debt transactions

Oversee income payments, capital calls, distributions, and lifecycle events for private market assets

Ensure accurate month-end closings for private debt and alternative investments

Perform monthly reconciliations of private assets and related cash accounts

Act as subject matter expert for private markets operations and support system enhancements

Collaborate with investment teams, custodians,



and third-party administrators to resolve complex operational issues

Lead automation and digitalization efforts for private and illiquid assets

Develop and maintain internal controls and QA processes across investment accounting and reporting

Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

Proactive, solutions-focused mindset for reporting and operations

Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and evolving requirements

Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders (asset managers, custodians)

Interest in emerging technologies and practical AI applications

Ability to standardize processes across regions using technology and cross-team collaboration

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience managing complex operational workflows in private markets

CFA designation is an advantage

4–5 years in investment operations or related fields with exposure to private debt and alternative investments

Experience with SAP FSCM, FAM, or TRM modules is a plus analytical thinking proactiveness independence
