Responsabilidades Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

Lead the design and architecture of business applications

Analyze defects and work with teams to resolve issues





Analyze application data to propose business improvements

Adapt and design components to enhance application reliability

Implement AI solutions and AI-driven processes

Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams

Apply SCRUM-based project management to ensure timely delivery

Requisitos principales Minimum 5 years of experience in computer science or IT-related fields

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in system design and documentation

Experience with MS Office, oneConfluence, JIRA, MySQL, UML, BPMN, ePC

Knowledge of SCRUM project management methodologies

Understanding of the insurance business
