Overview In this role you drive safe, efficient change across IT services, systems and infrastructure within our Enterprise Service Management team. You will shape and evolve Change Enablement, working at the intersection of IT Operations, Governance and Service Management. You'll tackle standardisation, automation and data-driven process improvements to strengthen governance and risk management.

This role offers the chance to actively develop central ITSM processes in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades Shape and evolve Change Management and Change Enablement capabilities

Standardise and automate IT services and processes

Develop and expand reporting and data-driven process management

Advance CMDB and overall Service Management capabilities

Improve integration between systems while maintaining governance and risk controls





Enable change in a safe, pragmatic manner rather than adding bureaucracy

Facilitate discussions and coordinate stakeholders across groups

Own and develop a central ITSM process

Requisitos principales Experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations, IT Change Management or IT Process Management

Understanding of Change, Incident, Problem and Configuration Management relationships

Experience working with technical teams and diverse stakeholder groups

Structured meeting facilitation and decision preparation

Strong analytical and independent working style

Pragmatic approach to processes, governance and standards

Confident, professional German and English communication facilitation and stakeholder coordination structured/problem-solving mindset effective communication across interests and priorities
