IT PMO - Infrastructure and IT Operations

Interim contract (6 months initially) with possibility to extend.

A general company is looking for an experienced IT PMO to lead the set up and migration to a new office location. Working with business stakeholders and the IT PMO, the role will manage the set up and successful relocation / migration to new locations and office spaces, including setting up, testing and deploying IT infrastructure and systems.

The role

Manage the set up and migration to new office locations in Madrid and wider European countries end-to-end

Project Management of IT infrastructure and systems set-up

IT Project Management: End-to-end delivery including engaging with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure a smooth new office / workplace set-up





Track and report on Project Progress across assigned scope ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

According to the project plan: define milestones, monitor and report progress and manage stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure on-time delivery

Manage risk and resolve issues

Requirements

IT Project Manager with prior experience in office set up / office opening or site relocation

IT infrastructure and IT Operations project management experience

Strong communication skills in English and ideally some French

Stakeholder engagement skills

Knowledge of Project Management methodologies: PMI, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall or similar desirable
