Overview In this role you will lead and mentor a team of IT Project Managers within the SRG team to deliver strategic technology projects that shape the business and customer experience. You will align delivery with corporate goals, manage dependencies, and drive governance and continuous improvement. You will personally lead 1–2 high-impact projects while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

Lead and develop a dedicated team of IT Project Managers, ensuring successful delivery and growth

Drive business value by aligning project outcomes with strategic goals and optimize delivery processes

Facilitate cross-team resource allocation and manage dependencies between IT, business units, and product stakeholders

Standardize and evolve project management methodologies, processes, and KPIs across the department

Partner with Transformation Director on strategic initiatives, portfolio health reporting, and organizational improvement opportunities





Act as senior escalation point for project stakeholders and ensure effective governance and sponsor engagement

Contribute to organizational learning by sharing best practices and evolving the context of the company

Lead 1–2 high-stakes, strategic technology projects as a hands-on exemplar of PM excellence

Requisitos principales At least 10+ years of experience in IT project management with a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects

Direct management experience leading and developing a team of project managers

Strategic oversight ability to manage a portfolio of projects and drive change management

Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive leadership style

Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders

High energy level and an outspoken, proactive leadership approach

Business proficiency in English leadership communication negotiation

Experience with project management methodologies and governance

Availability or interest in AI tools (Gemini or similar)

Portfolio health reporting and strategic portfolio management
