Overview As an IT Solutions Operations Engineer, you ensure the reliability and validated state of centrally managed laboratory and business-critical IT applications in regulated QC and GxP environments. You will partner with QA, CSV, Infrastructure, vendors, and business stakeholders to maintain validated systems and support audits. You'll focus on keeping systems compliant, available, and fit for purpose across sites, while driving lifecycle management and controlled changes.

This is a hands-on role geared toward operational excellence in a integral BioPharma Product Testing context.

Provide

Level 2/3 operational support for core laboratory and enterprise applications and manage incidents (P1–P4) per ITIL practices Monitor applications, databases, and virtualized environments to prevent service disruption Ensure systems comply with GxP, data integrity,



and internal quality requirements; contribute to CSV activities (IQ/OQ/PQ, risk assessments, data integrity verification) Support audits, inspections, and validation reviews; assist root cause analysis and CAPA support automated jobs and scripted maintenance Support VM environments; leverage PowerShell and scripting for tasks produce KPIs and service reports related to availability and performance Requisitos principales Regulated (GxP) IT operations experience Solid CSV, data integrity, and validation lifecycle understanding PowerShell / scripting proficiency Oracle and SQL database knowledge PowerShell / scripting Oracle databases SQL databases
