Overview

You join the System Administration team to oversee server and cloud infrastructure with a focus on identity and access management. You will work with cross-border colleagues on IAM, automation, and security to improve IT services. This role emphasizes standardization, automation, and collaboration across stakeholders. You help maintain data integrity and availability while contributing to international cloud projects that scale with the company's growth.

Responsabilidades Join the System Administration Team as an active contributor

Support IAM initiatives including ISO 27001 compliance

Install, configure, and administer server, storage, and backup systems

Monitor availability, performance, and security of IT services

Collaborate on Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, 365, Exchange





Develop and maintain automation scripts

Participate in IT infrastructure projects (migrations, expansions, optimizations)

Create technical documentation and guidelines

Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

3+ years of professional IT experience with IAM concepts

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID

Knowledge of Identity Management processes and access governance

Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux Server environments

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based identity solutions

Strong collaboration and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proactive, service-oriented mindset with continuous improvement focus

High level of English (C1)
