Overview In this role you will own Factorial's Identity & Access Management architecture, designing a scalable, automated identity ecosystem to support hypergrowth. You'll implement provisioning, manage access governance, and collaborate with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure to align policies. You'll leverage AI and agile methods to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.

Responsabilidades Design and configure identity architecture across the organization

Build and maintain automated user provisioning/deprovisioning workflows

Coordinate access governance with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure

Apply AI-driven and agile approaches to optimize operations





Ensure secure, scalable SSO and lifecycle management in collaboration with Support and Systems teams

Requisitos principales 3+ years in IT Systems, Cloud Infrastructure, or IAM environments

Deep knowledge of identity governance, provisioning, lifecycle management, and directory structures

Experience in fast-paced, high-volume onboarding environments

Familiarity with automated SaaS management tools, agile methodologies, and AI-enabled tooling (e.g., YepCode)

Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders (legal, security, platform engineers)

Ability to build clean, scalable cloud solutions with minimal legacy debt strong communication stakeholder alignment problem-solving
