Reporting directly to the HR Manager of Quantica Renovables, you will support the management and development of Labour Relations, HR Administration, Payroll and Compensation & Benefits activities. You will work closely with the HR team and internal stakeholders, contributing to the correct implementation of HR policies, efficient employee processes and a positive employee experience.

This HR role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Support the Payroll process, ensuring the correct application of employee variables, accuracy and timely payments, as well as contributing to process improvements.
- Support the implementation and administration of Compensation & Benefits policies, including salary reviews and employee benefits.
- Ensure the correct and updated management of employee information and organizational structures within the HR ERP/HRIS.
- Support the management of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, new hires, internal movements, maternity/paternity leave, terminations and other HR administration processes.
- Provide support on Labour Relations and employment matters, working closely with the HR Manager and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and company policies.
- Participate in HR projects, including job mapping, salary studies, competency analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HR reporting and data for HQ,



ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and timely delivery of monthly information.
- Contribute to the improvement of HR policies and processes, identifying opportunities to simplify procedures and enhance the employee and manager experience.
- Support the follow-up of HR projects, identifying potential issues or delays and contributing to improvement actions.

Knowledge, Skills and Individual Background:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Previous experience or exposure to Compensation, Payroll, HR Administration and Labour Relations is desirable.
- Good knowledge of Spanish labour legislation and HR processes.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with different stakeholders.
- Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Good organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to learn, adapt and develop within an international and multicultural environment.
- Ability to work independently on day-to-day activities while knowing when to seek guidance on more complex matters.
- Initiative, self-motivation and commitment to delivering high-quality work within agreed deadlines.
