I'm partnering with a fast-growing international B2B SaaS business to hire a Integral BDR Manager who will build and lead a brand-new outbound function from Madrid.
This isn't about inheriting an established team and keeping the wheels turning.
You'll build it.
The business is creating a new global BDR hub supporting its key European markets, including the UK, France and Spain. You'll join first, help recruit your BDR team, and take ownership of creating the outbound playbooks, processes, cadences and methodology they work to.
What you'll own

Create scalable outbound playbooks, cadences and messaging
