As a Laboratory Technician in Madrid (Spain !), you support the smooth day-to-day running of the laboratory by managing equipment readiness, supplies and practical laboratory operations. You work closely with scientific teams and support functions in Madrid, helping to keep laboratory activities safe, compliant and fully operational while developing your expertise in a regulated environment.

Zoom on the job:

- follow all relevant GxP regulations, guidelines and company policies
- perform tasks in line with SOPs, work instructions and internal documentation
- apply Good Documentation Practices and Data Integrity requirements
- complete mandatory training and requalification activities within defined timelines
- receive, inspect and manage laboratory consumables and chemical reagents
- maintain inventory levels and monitor product shelf life
- ensure correct labelling, storage and handling of chemicals
- organise laboratory and office waste management activities
- coordinate dry ice ordering and distribution for laboratory teams
- monitor and arrange replacement of compressed gas cylinders with external suppliers
- oversee lab coat distribution and laundry services




- coordinate laboratory moves, equipment installations and space reconfigurations
- collaborate with scientific teams, Facilities, EHS and IT departments
- track project progress, maintain documentation and support post-installation verification

​ Come as you are, ideally with:

- Higher Vocational Training in Laboratory Studies or a university degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or a related scientific field
- knowledge of chemical handling, storage and waste management
- experience in laboratory operations, technical services or facility support within a research or regulated environment
- familiarity with equipment qualification and validation processes is an advantage
- ability to maintain accurate records and work with controlled documentation
- organised, reliable and hands-on approach with strong collaboration skills
- ability to coordinate multiple operational priorities and work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- fluent in English and Spanish
