Join Accenture as a Legal Contracting Associate Manager and support complex client transactions at the intersection of law, technology, and business. In this role, you will review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and technology agreements while advising internal stakeholders on legal, commercial, and risk-management matters. ¿Structure, negotiate, and close client transactions from both legal and business perspectives. Collaborate with senior contracting legal professionals and internal business stakeholders to prepare for client negotiations.

Review, draft, and negotiate agreements including master services agreements, outsourcing agreements, statements of work, service-level agreements, licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, data-transfer agreements, and requests for proposals. Support agreements involving cloud, blockchain security, automation, systems integration, and agile development. Work with senior legal professionals on complex contracts and deal structures.

Advise company executives on legal and risk-management matters. Develop subject-matter expertise in areas that support the Legal function and the wider business. Contribute to internal guidelines, toolkits, and knowledge resources covering legal and business topics.





Support and implement Legal Group initiatives. At least five years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and/or outsourcing, gained in roles with increasing responsibility within a law firm or a corporate legal or transactional team in a relevant industry. At least two years of experience negotiating intellectual property and data-privacy matters.

Fluency in English and Spanish. Extensive knowledge of Spanish legislation relevant to the matters covered by the role. Understanding of basic principles relating to finance, accounting, marketing, and management.

Good understanding of contracting and risk issues, including intellectual property considerations in digital, consulting, systems-integration, and outsourcing transactions. Broad experience working with state or local government agencies, or with clients in the healthcare sector.
