Overview

You will lead industrialization activities across the Offer Creation Process to ensure manufacturing and supply chain readiness for time-to-market, quality, cost, and delivery goals. You’ll coordinate factories and cross‑functional teams to launch new products and sustain performance during ramp‑up. You’ll monitor KPIs, drive governance, and support production start‑up with a focus on efficiency and cost control. This role sits at the heart of a broader digital transformation and sustainability agenda.

Responsabilidades

- Propose and evaluate industrial scenarios aligned with industrial strategy
- Define and monitor project KPIs (investments, product cost, expenses, quality, efficiency)
- Prepare and manage the industrialization project plan and milestones
- Ensure time-to-market objectives are achieved




- Coordinate industrialization activities from Opening Gate to Sell Gate with project and factory teams
- Contribute to project governance and decision-making
- Support factories during production start-up and ramp-up phases
- Monitor cost, quality, and efficiency during the first year of production

Requisitos principales

- At least 5 years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing processes, quality, or new product introduction
- Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in an international environment
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Advanced English level
- Availability to travel mainly within Europe and occasionally outside Europe
