Description We are seeking a Delivery Director with a strong technical background and strategic mindset to lead high-performing teams in the technology consulting space. This person will be responsible for project delivery, acting as a trusted technical and consulting partner to national and international clients. The role combines technical leadership, people management, and business development, being the owner of proposals and client relationships. Key responsibilities: Lead the successful delivery of large-scale technology projects, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. Own delivery performance, including project margins, forecasting accuracy, resource planning, and operational KPIs. Supervise and coordinate teams of 20–30 professionals,



including managers and multidisciplinary technical teams. Ensure excellence in project delivery across Web, Cloud, AI, Big Data (. NET, Python, Azure, AWS, etc.).
