Responsabilidades

- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary production team to deliver objectives
- Ensure safe, high-performing, and compliant production operations aligned with cGMP
- Manage budgets, resources, and risk to maintain efficient, sustainable processes
- Drive timely decision-making and prioritization to hit project milestones
- Oversee production documentation, validation,



and training programs
- Maintain compliance with internal standards and global regulatory requirements
- Foster a safety culture and implement EHS practices including action plans
- Promote continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across OneMP and global network
- Support reliable market supply and seamless project transfers across the organization

Requisitos principales

- >
6 years of leadership experience in Operations
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and aseptic manufacturing
- Proficiency in cGMP regulations and quality systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- University degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Biopharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, or related field
- Ability to motivate and develop people, drive innovation, and collaborate across functions and geographies
