We are currently looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Order Fulfillment team at our facility in Asturias.

They liaise with warehouses operational teams and shipping departments or external carriers to arrange deliveries and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the fulfillment process. They also track orders to ensure timely delivery and manage returns and exchanges.

Order

Management & Coordination – Monitor and coordinate operational flows in third-party warehouses, handle order errors, and manage urgent requests. Logistics & Shipping – Collaborate with carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipping issues. Regulatory & Documentation Compliance – Generate Safety Data Sheets, provide export documentation, and ensure adherence to shipping regulations.
