You guide customers on best practices, design configurations, and lead workshops while transferring knowledge to client teams. You will collaborate with a integral Cloud Business Line to drive innovation and ensure successful, future-proof deployments. Responsabilidades

- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations (Employee Central and/or Time Management)
- Guide clients on best practices and roadmap considerations for SuccessFactors and related HR technologies
- Conduct process walkthroughs and align business processes with solution capabilities
- Design and configure SuccessFactors deployments based on HR best practices
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for key client users
- Ensure smooth knowledge
