We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Contracts Analyst to support the European Marketing team.

This role is responsible for coordinating a broad range of marketing operations, project management activities and Healthcare Professional (HCP) contracting processes, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and on time. Coordinate and support the execution of European marketing projects across multiple countries and stakeholders. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, action trackers, and follow-up activities.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Procurement. Organize and support marketing meetings, workshops, events, and leadership reviews.

Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and project documentation.



Maintain dashboards and trackers for KOL engagement, marketing projects, budgets, and operational activities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a background in marketing operations, project coordination, commercial operations, or administrative support.

Experience working in international organizations, preferably within a European and regulated environment, with exposure to contract management and compliance processes.

Fluent

English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint) and experience creating reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.

Experience with HCP contracting, compliance requirements, project management, procurement, financial systems, and Power BI is highly desirable.
