In this pivotal EMEA role , you’ll lead marketing initiatives across events, content, and social media, combining strategy and execution to elevate brand presence and drive regional growth.

Main Responsibilities

- Event Strategy & Execution: Lead the planning and delivery of impactful marketing events across the region, including trade fairs, virtual webinars, industry conferences, and partner/customer gatherings, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals
- Regional Event Coordination: Oversee the EMEA and global event calendars, ensuring strategic alignment and smooth scheduling across teams and time zones
- Team Integration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing departments to design and execute creative marketing approaches that strengthen brand reputation and market reach
- Operational Oversight: Handle all logistical elements of event planning, from vendor negotiations and contracts to on-site coordination, across both in-house and third-party events
- Budget Control & Performance Tracking: Monitor event-related expenditures and assess performance metrics to evaluate return on investment and identify areas for improvement
- Localised Social Media Campaigns: Develop and manage region-specific social media initiatives, tailoring messaging in collaboration with local sales teams to ensure cultural relevance and engagement
- Marketing Content Development: Partner with branding and communications teams to craft eye-catching advertising assets for paid search, display, and video channels
- Partner Activation: Strengthen market presence by supporting third-party and partner-led events, ensuring consistent brand visibility and value delivery
- Lead Nurturing: Work in tandem with CRM and sales teams to streamline lead capture, qualification,



and follow-up workflows for maximum conversion impact
- Communications Coordination: Serve as the main liaison for regional communications, facilitating both internal messaging and external outreach across various platforms

Core Skills/Experience

- Proven Track Record: 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing and event management, ideally within a technology-driven environment and with international exposure
- Relevant Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sectors such as medical devices, cosmetics, healthcare, life sciences, or similar fields is a strong advantage
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and navigating matrixed organisations to drive impactful results
- Cultural Agility: Confident working in diverse cultural and business environments with professionalism and adaptability
- Highly Organised: Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, with strong attention to detail
- Creative and Strategic: Innovative mindset with the ability to design unique and engaging marketing and event experiences
- Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of design tools like Photoshop or InDesign is a bonus
- Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit and a passion for building strong professional relationships
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly across the EMEA region, approximately 30-40% of the time
