Job descriptionMissionFerrer is seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing leader to join our Corporate Marketing team as Corporate Marketing Disease Manager - ILD.Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing of the Pulmo Rare Disease Franchise, this role will be responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy across the ILD portfolio, working in close collaboration with the global ILD team and cross-functional stakeholders.The Corporate Marketing Disease Manager - ILD will play a critical role in driving launch excellence, market development, strategic planning and affiliate readiness to accelerate growth and strengthen Ferrer's leadership position.ResponsibilitiesDrive & Align launch strategy and cross-functional coordination, with focus on PH-ILD, enabling successful expansion, adoption, and sustainable growth across all territoriesLead the development and execution of the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with franchise priorities and adapting focus according to portfolio evolution and business needs.Develop and implement launch planning and country sequencing strategies, ensuring optimal prioritization of markets based on readiness, access dynamics and growth opportunities.Partner with affiliates and cross-functional teams to strengthen market development initiatives, accelerate execution and maximize commercial opportunities.Ensure affiliate and field readiness through the development of training, capabilities,
