You will lead a team of Executives and Associates in Madrid while working closely with Dealing, Compliance, Credit &

• Risk, Operations and Marketing - and you will gain exposure across our different offices, partnering with colleagues in London, Amsterdam and the wider Monex network as the desk grows. Revenue & commercial ownership ~ Own the daily, weekly and quarterly performance of the desk

• Monitor the effectiveness of sales strategies against performance and adapt where necessary ~ Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring commerciality and margin discipline ~ Manage performance directly, including underperformance,



and create clear progression paths through the business ~ Meet weekly with the Head of Sales to assess performance against KPIs ~ Ensure client databases (FXDB, Salesforce, pipeline trackers) are used effectively and turned into competitive advantage. • Competence ~ Identify systems and controls weaknesses, flag conflicts of interest, and participate actively in Sales Audits and Risk Assessments Stay commercially sharp on competitor activity and use professional networks to inform desk strategy ~ Oversee distribution and marketing activity for the desk, including materials, presentations and roadshows ~ Fluency in English and French is mandatory - English is the working language across Monex Europe, and you will lead client relationships and desk activity in French. Strong commercial negotiation skills and comfort owning pricing and margin conversations. ~
