In this Analytics Engineer I role within Data Enablement, you help govern Glovo’s core data tools and automate data processes to keep our data trustworthy and accessible. You will mentor interns, collaborate with senior engineers, and contribute to expanding Looker’s capabilities toward conversational analytics. The position focuses on governance, automation, and data usability across the company, balancing hands-on delivery with growing ownership. This is a chance to shape scalable data practices while developing AI-enabled data initiatives.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Maintain and govern core data tools (e.g., Looker) and enforce governance standards across the company
• Automate manual data processes using LLMs, n8n, Make, and API/MCP connections
• Monitor GCP infrastructure usage and help define governance around cloud resources
• Advance Looker toward conversational analytics to improve accessibility for non-technical stakeholders




• Enhance the Data Support self-serve experience to reduce reliance on tickets
• Proactively identify improvements in data consumption and support
• Lead and mentor 3 interns, distribute tasks, and provide feedback
• Collaborate with senior Data Engineers and stakeholders across business areas
Responsabilidades
• 2-3 years in Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics, BI, or similar
• Strong SQL foundation with ability to write, debug and optimize queries
• Working Python proficiency for data analysis and automation
• Hands-on Git/GitHub experience with PRs and code reviews
• xghoner Experience using LLMs and automation tools (n8n, Make, APIs)
• Ambitious, independent, and able to own well-scoped tasks and develop toward end-to-end ownership
• English proficiency with ability to explain technical topics to diverse stakeholders
