We are seeking an individual with several years of experience architecting and scaling production mobile apps, strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, solid mobile DevOps expertise, and a genuine curiosity for engineering AI systems. Assume complete responsibility for the mobile application's architectural integrity, ensuring its scalability, ease of maintenance, and optimal performance. Champion and embed leading practices to cultivate an engineering culture that values high quality and productivity.

Engage in cross-departmental collaboration with product, design, and backend teams to deliver unified user experiences.



Pinpoint and alleviate performance issues to guarantee a fluid and responsive application for users. Establish and promote comprehensive testing protocols (unit, integration, UI) to uphold superior code standards.

Proven track record of several years delivering production-grade software at scale, including direct architectural responsibility for mobile applications. Extensive, multi-year proficiency in developing and sustaining mobile applications leveraging Dart and the Flutter framework. Hands-on experience with mobile DevOps practices, such as CI/CD setup, app store deployment, and release cycle orchestration.

REMOTE WORK POLICY In this role, you can work Onsite from the office in Berlin. We also offer an on-demand remote setup (for a limited amount of time) if flexibility is needed. Should you relocate or travel for this role, your relocation or travel expenses will, of course, be covered.
