As a Senior Sales Analyst at zooplus, you will partner with regional sales and commercial teams across Europe to transform data into actionable insights. You will own analytical products and dashboards that guide growth, pricing, and performance across markets. You’ll lead cross-functional analytics projects and promote a data-driven culture with senior stakeholders. This role offers impact across Europe, a chance to shape commercial decisions, and a collaborative, international environment.

• Act as strategic analytics partner for Regional Sales stakeholders across Europe to support data-driven decision-making and growth
• Identify commercial opportunities and performance drivers via analysis of sales, pricing, promotions, customer behavior, and market trends
• Own and improve dashboards, reporting solutions and KPI frameworks for business steering and performance monitoring
• Design and maintain scalable analytical datasets and data marts for reliable insights access
• Lead complex analytical projects with cross-functional teams (Sales, Pricing, CRM, Category Management, Data Science)
• Leverage AI, automation and modern analytics tools to boost efficiency and enable self-service analytics




• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
• Promote a data-driven culture by helping stakeholders understand, access and act on data
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science or related analytic field
• 5+ years in Analytics, BI or Commercial analytics, preferably in e-commerce/digital businesses
• Advanced SQL for large-scale data analysis and dataset development
• Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar BI tools
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales, pricing, promotions, customer behavior and e-commerce xghoner metrics
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and influence decisions
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
• Experience with cloud-based analytics environments and modern data platforms
• Proactive, business-oriented mindset with problem-solving and stakeholder management
• Strong prioritization and adaptability to evolving business needs
