As a Marketplace Experience (MX) Partner Experience Sr. Project Manager, you will optimize Partner Support Operations globally and improve the partner journey across support channels. You will use data-driven problem solving, stakeholder management, and strong project execution to turn complex operational challenges into scalable solutions. You will align partner support processes with business needs while driving efficiency, scalability, and compliance. This role brings structure to a fast-paced, multi-initiative environment and offers impact across metrics like partner satisfaction and churn.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify operational improvement opportunities by analyzing service data and root causes across markets
• Prioritize initiatives based on potential business impact and effort
• Lead initiatives to improve KPIs such as partner satisfaction, contact ratio, service-related costs and partner churn
• Manage end-to-end optimization projects from problem identification to rollout and impact tracking
• Coordinate multiple initiatives and stakeholders to maintain clear priorities and timelines




• Develop and optimize Partner u0026 Agent Experience processes across HelpCenter and Partner Support flows
• Collaborate with Commercial teams to ensure support processes enable a great partner experience while remaining scalable
• Drive scalability and rollout of new service processes and product solutions across markets
Responsabilidades

• Effective prioritization and decision-making under competing priorities
• Problem-solving skills to design practical, scalable solutions with compliance
• 2-4 years of experience in project management, consulting, operations or similar
• AI mindset and use of AI to improve productivity and efficiency
• Ownership, adaptability, and bias for action in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field
• Fluent in English
