- Collaborative Spirit:High degree of flexibility to work with all areas of the company in international and diverse teams.
- Leadership and Communication:Excellent communication and leadership skills, with advanced proficiency in English and German or Spanish.
- Proactive and Decisive:Hands-on mentality with a strong decision-making personality.
