In this role you will advance CHEP's Cost Clarity program across Europe, delivering actionable profitability insights and cost transparency to support pricing and growth. You will partner with cross-functional teams to inform commercial decisions, build scalable finance solutions, and drive data-driven improvements across 27 countries. You will shape financial modelling, analytics, and reporting to enable better decision-making in a multinational context. This opportunity combines finance rigor with strategic impact in a sustainable business model.

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including profitability reviews, variance analysis, and financial modelling to support decision-making and performance optimization
• Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts aligned with strategic goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, commercial, sales) to provide actionable insights
• Support business case development, cost analysis, and evaluation of strategic initiatives
• Drive process improvements through financial tools, automation,



and standardized processes
• Perform post-investment reviews and recommend corrective actions

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience in finance, commercial finance or business analytics
• Experience in multinational organisations
• Experience supporting commercial decision-making through financial analysis xghoner
• Experience managing complex financial models and large datasets
