Overview As a New Product Engineer, you will contribute to high-performance vision system development in an advanced technical setting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new product introductions from plan to ramp, aligning with quality, cost, and schedule targets. Compensaciones / Ventajas teleworking agreement work-life balance onboarding program office coffee and fruit flexible environment structured development paths Responsabilidades Follow the development plan for new product introductions, coordinating with department leadership and other areas to meet on-time, on-budget, quality targets Support production with manufacturing procedures during sampling and ramp-up phases Assist in developing raw materials and industrializing test methods Coordinate with subcontractors on quality and planning during industrialization Define and pilot JEDEC/AECQ100 qualifications for product reliability Support the industrialization director to ensure on-time delivery against the manufacturing plan Implement and lead customer requests and RMA processes during industrialization Implement and deploy wafer-level and package-level automatic tests for CMOS image sensors Ensure test procedures are strictly followed and documentation fully supports results Define tests based on product specs and required test coverage Contribute to test time reduction, binning, and yield studies Support external vendors with hardware/software test design, bring-up, and site transfer Produce and review test specifications and feedback to design teams Prepare for and participate in quality and validation activities with lab equipment (power supplies, oscilloscopes, SMU, etc.) Test and yield-focused continuous improvement activities Utilize Matlab and Office tools for analysis and reporting Communicate findings clearly in English; French is a plus Requisitos principales Degree in Telecommunication, Industrial Engineering, or Electronic Engineering Recent graduate; relevant experience considered a plus Experience with image manipulation and signal processing preferred Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, wafer classifications, and testing is a plus Experience in electronic testing/validation; use of lab equipment (power supplies, signal generators, SMU, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, thermal test equipment, GPIB) Ability to draw conclusions from statistical data Ability to lead activities independently with minimal supervision Proficiency in Matlab and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel); Python and LabVIEW/TestStand a plus Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); French is an asset strong communication autonomous leadership problem-solving CMOS image sensors wafer-level and package-level testing JEDEC/AECQ100 qualifications
