Scopely is looking for a Motion Design Lead to join our Marketing Creative Services team, Flamed, in our Barcelona office on a hybrid basis. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world. We are Flamed, the in-house creative agency, an international multidisciplinary team.

We produce thousands of creatives each year to support the global marketing needs of all Scopely games. Lead and oversee motion design projects for Scopely Explore portfolio, from concept through final delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally with creative directors, producers, and internal/external artists to ensure quality, consistency, and on-brand execution.

Provide artistic and technical direction on motion design, animation, and compositing. Review and guide vendors to ensure alignment with the visual identity and performance goals of the brands. Contribute to visual development, style frames, and storyboards, setting the artistic tone for each piece. 7+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. ~ An excellent video reel that demonstrates expert-level motion design and animation. ~ After Effects, Cinema 4D, Octane Render Engine and Photoshop. ~ Excellent communication skills in English. ~ Passionate of mobile games, especially Pokémon GO, Monster Hunter Now, and Pikmin Bloom is a plus.

Hands-on experience using Unreal Engine to produce cinematic-quality renders. Additional knowledge of Unity is a plus.



Strong understanding of Social Media, Performance Marketing, and User Acquisition creatives.
