Overview In this Mobile Tech Lead role, you steer the technical direction for PPG's multi-brand mobile platform and lead scalable iOS/Android apps. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions across brands and regions, balancing architecture, security, and performance. You'll shape engineering standards, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement in reliability and velocity.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong impact on digital initiatives and customer experiences. Compensaciones / Beneficios Flexible Fridays in-person work Monday–Thursday remote work option on Fridays career development opportunities competitive benefits program global collaboration environment Responsabilidades Define and drive the technical direction for the multi-brand mobile platform serving 10+ brands Translate business and technical requirements into scalable mobile solutions Guide architecture decisions for maintainability, security, and performance on iOS/Android Set engineering standards, practices, and quality expectations across the team Mentor engineers through coaching, code reviews, and knowledge sharing Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, QA and DevOps throughout the lifecycle Integrate mobile apps with enterprise services (auth, analytics, search, notifications, e-commerce) Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for build, test, signing, and distribution Troubleshoot complex issues across shared code, platform-specific parts, and devices Ensure compliance with security, privacy,



and marketplace policies Support production releases and monitor/apply improvements for reliability and performance Explore emerging technologies to improve developer experience and platform effectiveness Contribute to technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs Requisitos principales 7+ years in enterprise mobile development 2+ years in a technical lead, lead developer, or solution architecture role Proficiency in .NET MAUI, Xamarin, Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android (MAUI strongly desired) Strong C# and .NET development expertise Knowledge of MVVM, DI, asynchronous programming Experience with XAML-based UI (data binding, commands, reusable components) Familiarity with iOS/Android tooling, lifecycles, deployment Experience with unit testing and code quality tools (NUnit, Moq, SonarQube) Understanding mobile security basics (OAuth, secure storage, OWASP Mobile Top 10) Experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs and enterprise auth Hands-on with Firebase (Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Remote Config, Crashlytics) AI-assisted development tools experience (GitHub Copilot) and curiosity about AI in software Mentoring ability and strong stakeholder communication in integral teams Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience strong communication stakeholder management mentoring and coaching .NET MAUI, Xamarin, Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android C# and .NET development MVVM, dependency injection, asynchronous programming
