In this role you drive lean-driven continuous improvement across operations, delivering tangible ROI by reducing waste and optimizing processes. You'll train, facilitate, and lead Kaizen events, partnering with leadership to implement a Lean transformation and balance scorecard metrics. You work with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, improve supplier performance, and sustain a culture of data-driven problem solving.
