• Services Coordinator to join our team at La Roca Village and elevate the ultra ‐ luxury experience we offer to our most distinguished guests. As our Operations &

• Services Coordinator, you will provide support to the Operations Team with the security, cleaning and maintenance of the Village. You will Maintain the standards and priorities set by the Operations Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Village with the Operations Team. Provide support to the Operations &

• Services Manager in their areas of responsibility for the security, cleaning, and maintenance of the Village Assist the Operations &

• Services Manager to set up, track and achieve budgets for the common costs of the Village Assist the Operations &

• Services Manager in developing and maintaining partnerships with 3rd party contractors Supervise daily maintenance, minor carpentry, brickwork, plumbing, electrical, painting and other projects carried out in the Village Collect, consolidate, and analyze electricity/water consumption data from the property and all brands within the Village. Develop dashboards and executive reports to support operational and strategic decision‐making. Train and support internal staff, brands, and external partners on best practices in energy efficiency. Promote a responsible and informed energy culture across the Village. Identify energy‐saving opportunities and propose operational or technical improvements Achieve the sustainability targets defined for the Village, contributing to reductions in energy consumption, emissions, and other key performance indicators. Focus on service with on‐site cleaning, security, and landscaping teams Supervise the landscaping contract of the Village Supervise and control other contracted services such as pest control, air fresheners, diaper and sanitary napkin dispensers, public telephones etc. Ensure that brands comply with the Village's rules and regulations concerning material supply, waste disposal, use of common installations, operating hours, car parking etc. Carry out preventative measures regarding health and safety issues to evaluate performance and conduct and to ensure that all Village standards are continually monitored Support Marketing, Retail teams and Brands with the day-to-day movement of props and animation Provide support to the Operations &
