Offer Description

Antimicrobial activity assays to evaluate apitoxin in comparison with other antimicrobial agents.

Antimicrobial activity assays of different coatings applied to cheeses.

Development of new methods.

Evaluate the effects of antimicrobial agents on different microorganisms.

Characterize the functional properties of microorganisms.

Prepare, organize,



and maintain the laboratory and the materials required for experimental activities.

Preparation of reports, scientific communications, and publications.

Item 01: Experience in university research laboratories (demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and independently) (punctuation: 30)

Item 02: Proven and demonstrable experience in antimicrobial activity assays and the characterization of the functional properties of microorganisms. (punctuation: 55)

Item 03: Personal interview. The interview will be conducted only with those candidates who, in the sum of the merits, reach a minimum of 50 points (punctuation: 15)
