Son Manera Retreat Finca is a tranquil sanctuary specialized in yoga, meditation, and seminar holidays. Featuring 25 rooms, the estate is situated on the outskirts of Montuiri, approximately 30 minutes from Palma, Mallorca. We are looking for a reliable and versatile Allrounder for Service, Guest Relations, and Housekeeping to join our team.

Your key responsibilities:

- Managing the morning breakfast buffet from setup and drink service to clearing tables and dishwashing.
- Handling dinner shifts, including table setting, beverage service, guest assistance, and post-service cleaning.
- Providing a warm welcome during check-in and managing check-out procedures, including guest billing.
- Offering full concierge support by advising guests on massage bookings, bicycle rentals, and island excursion recommendations.




- Taking care of daily cleaning tasks and completing behind-the-scenes administrative duties.

What you bring to the role:

- Practical background and experience in gastronomy or the hotel sector.
- Confident communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- A well-groomed, professional appearance combined with a friendly and positive personality.
- Ability to stay composed under pressure, balancing administrative responsibilities and front-of-house guest care with ease.
- An affinity for holistic topics such as yoga and healthy nutrition is a great match.
- An established residence on Mallorca.

Employment details:

- Year-round part-time position with 30 to 35 hours per week on a 5-day week schedule.
- Morning or evening shifts starting from 07:30 and ending no later than 22:00.
- Immediate start date available.
