Overview In this role, you will own the partner pipeline generation for Germany within Factorial's growth engine, shaping joint GTM plans with strategic partners and turning opportunities into measurable pipeline and revenue. You'll bridge Demand Gen, Marketing, Sales and Partnerships to build scalable growth plays, experiment with channels, and leverage AI-powered tactics. You'll operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and influence cross-functional teams to align on shared goals.

Responsabilidades

Own the pipeline generation strategy for partners in Germany and translate goals into concrete growth plans and revenue opportunities

Develop joint GTM strategies with partners across the demand generation mix (events, webinars, campaigns, outbound plays, co-marketing, enablement, growth experiments)

Analyze funnel performance and ROI to optimize pipeline creation and influenced revenue

Create repeatable growth playbooks adaptable to each partner's maturity and audience

Experiment with new channels, messages, formats, and collaboration approaches to generate qualified pipeline

Leverage AI and technology to accelerate campaign creation, research, prospecting, analysis, and execution





Build strong stakeholder relationships and align internal and partner priorities

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and other teams to connect partner initiatives to Factorial's GTM strategy

Be accountable for partner portfolio pipeline performance and seek opportunities for greater impact

Requisitos principales 2-5 years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth, B2B Marketing, Sales, Partnerships or a similar role

Native-level German and excellent English

Strong commercial mindset focused on pipeline and revenue generation

Data-driven with ability to measure performance and prioritize investments

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability

Autonomous, proactive and able to operate without a fixed playbook

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to connect campaign performance to funnel and revenue outcomes
