Hello!ðð1⁄2At Factorial we're looking for a new Account Manager for our Partners for the Spanish Market to help us boost the company to the next level. Build strong relationships with partners and understand their requirements through regular video calls in order to create engagement and provide them with product updates. Provide after-sales support to help the partners retain their customers.

Onboard and train our new Spanish partners by assisting them via video call, e-mail and events until they are fully trained.

Fast Learner: you can quickly become an expert on the software and it's easy for you to keep up-to-date with product updates.

Good sense of analysis: while onboarding our clients, you will have to understand the specificities of the market and translate this knowledge into information that can be used by the Product team to further improve our solutionSpeak native-level of SpanishFluent EnglishPrevious experience as an Onboarding Specialist/Implementation owner, Consultant, Account Manager is highly valuable.
