Overview

As a Strategy Analyst for the Italian Market, you will help scale Factorial's Strategic Partnerships by shaping initiatives and building scalable processes. You'll work with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions that grow the partner business and expand into new markets. You'll translate insights into Go-To-Market actions and robust tracking systems. This role combines analytical rigor with collaboration to support growth in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Responsabilidades Develop AI-driven ideas and Go-To-Market actions for partner motion

Own management reporting to provide visibility and propose initiatives

Design scalable processes and coordinate with other teams for implementation

Set up and maintain tracking systems to monitor performance and inform decisions





Identify and pursue new strategic partnerships outside Italy

Requisitos principales Bachelor in Engineering

2-3 years experience in Strategy Consulting / Investment Banking / Startup / VC

Strong interest in tech scale-ups and understanding of SaaS models

Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyse and interpret data

Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to meet deadlines under shifting priorities

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with stakeholders

Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver

High proficiency in MS Office suite; CRM experience is a plus

Fluent in English and Italian; French/German/Spanish is a plus strong communication proactive problem-solving highly organized
