As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Avantor, you will be responsible for researching, engaging with, and providing us with the talent we need to set science in motion to create a better world. In this role, you will play a critical part in building strong talent pipelines across European markets, partnering closely with Business Partners and Hiring Managers to identify, engage, and qualify top candidates. You will act as a strategic partner, leveraging market insights, innovative sourcing techniques, and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality candidate slates.

You are skilled at building candidate pools, pipelines, adept at performing initial screens of prospects and applicants. Broaden your horizon (literally) by collaborating with our Talent Acquisition team all over Europe and work within a globally aligned and rapidly growing General Talent Acquisition function Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions and geographies, with a focus on the DACH region Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.) Conduct initial candidate screening (CV + phone/virtual interviews) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit Deliver well-qualified candidate shortlists to Hiring Managers Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening stages Act as a trusted advisor by sharing data-driven insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscape Proven experience in talent sourcing / recruitment / talent acquisition,
