Overview

As Partnership Manager for the DACH region, you will build, manage and grow strategic partnerships with agencies and software/consulting partners to accelerate Accessiway's mission of making technology accessible. You'll own new-business development while nurturing existing relationships, working cross-functionally to align partner goals with company priorities. You'll negotiate terms, enable partners with training and resources, and ensure an outstanding partner experience.

Responsabilidades Identify and win new partners through outbound and inbound opportunities

Source and manage a structured pipeline of agency and software/consulting partners

Negotiate agreements aligned with company guidelines and contract policies





Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align partner goals with internal objectives

Provide training, information and recommendations to optimize partner referrals

Deliver an excellent partner experience and serve as internal reference for partners

Requisitos principales Proven experience in the DACH market with agency partnerships (web, marketing, software or consulting)

New-business mindset with ability to open and grow relationships

Previous experience as Partnership Manager or Channel Manager

Strong sales drive and passion for company growth

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Outstanding interpersonal, organizational and time-management abilities

Fluent German and professional English strong relationship management initiative and drive cross-functional collaboration attention to detail

Knowledge of B2B service sales and lead generation

Familiarity with the DACH market and its agency ecosystem
