Overview In this role you own the paid acquisition engine for the French market, managing a multi-million euro budget with autonomy to scale. You will align Marketing, Sales, and Revenue to drive high-quality pipeline and recurring revenue, focusing on revenue efficiency over vanity metrics. You'll lead bidding, targeting, and creative optimization across paid channels, partnering with CRO and Content teams to improve landing pages and conversions.

Optimize a 7-figure annual budget for lowest cost per deal and higher MRR impact

Coordinate with the French Sales Development team to improve lead quality and funnel conversion

Lead test-and-learn roadmap for bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad formats





Collaborate with CRO and Content teams to improve landing pages and creative assets

Measure and report how marketing spend translates to closed-won deals and recurring revenue

Identify and test new platforms and growth opportunities for the French B2B landscape

Manage the performance tech stack to ensure clean attribution and data-driven decisions
