We’re looking for a Client Partnerships Manager to take ownership of client relationships, sales opportunities, service delivery, and day-to-day technical coordination for a growing technology company providing high-performance infrastructure and hosting solutions to the financial markets .
You’ll work directly with clients from the initial sales conversation through deployment, ongoing account management, and technical issue resolution. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys working across client management, sales, technology, and operations — and is comfortable taking the lead when something needs to get done.
What You’ll Do Client Partnerships & Account Management
Understand client requirements and ensure services meet their performance, availability, and business needs
Sales & Business Development
Work with internal teams to develop custom configurations and pricing
Help diagnose connectivity, hosting, server, and infrastructure-related problems
Operations & Strategic Projects
Support day-to-day operational activities across the business




Take ownership of strategic projects and drive them from idea to executionWork closely with leadership on new products, services, and operational initiatives
Proven experience in client management, customer success, account management, or technical account management
Experience working with technology, infrastructure, hosting, data centers, IaaS, cloud, or related services
Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting sales, upselling, or managing client accounts
Ability to work independently, make decisions, and move projects forward without constant direction
Experience with hosting, dedicated servers, VPS, colocation, or data center environments
Familiarity with networking, servers, virtualization, or infrastructure troubleshooting
Experience working with SLAs, incident management, and service delivery
Adaptable remote working environment
