In this role, you will lead the physical design team in Barcelona, driving RISC‐V IP projects from concept to GDS. You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure a robust PD flow and timely delivery of complex designs. You will tackle challenging optimisation, timing, and routing problems that scale with the business growth. This is a growth‐focused opportunity with clear progression as the company expands.

Lead the physical design team and oversee project execution

Oversee end‐to‐end PD flow from netlist to GDS, including floorplanning, power planning, placement & optimisation, CTS, routing, post‐route optimisation, and DRC closure

Apply logic synthesis, Conformal, STA, and Place & Route in project delivery





Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to meet project milestones

Support career progression and growth initiatives within the PD team

Bachelor in Electronics (or related field)

Knowledge of the entire PD flow from netlist to GDS

Experience in logic synthesis, Conformal, static timing analysis and Place and Route

Previous experience in a technical lead role leadership team management communication
