In this position, you will be the friendly first point of contact for interested prospects. You will conduct pleasant phone conversations and ensure smooth coordination for the team by scheduling suitable online presentations. Working with a well-maintained corporate database, your efforts will directly help our operations run seamlessly every day.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:

- Serving as the friendly first contact on the phone and holding engaging, professional conversations with prospects
- Scheduling and coordinating suitable online presentations for the consulting team
- Keeping CRM records and company databases up to date




- Supporting daily administrative back-office workflows in an organized and reliable manner

What you bring to the role:

- Fluent German language skills and strong communication abilities with a respectful, positive demeanor
- A structured and organized approach to daily tasks, ideally with first experience using CRM tools
- Enthusiasm and a proactive willingness to learn, as personal drive matters more to us than a flawless resume
- Reliability, self-motivation, and comfort with telephone-based customer contact
