Overview In this role, you will provide expert endpoint management support within a multinational IT team, shaping secure and compliant endpoint architectures. You will work on managing and improving endpoint services, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and contributing to security and compliance initiatives. Responsabilidades Provide Level 2/3 endpoint support and manage incidents through full lifecycle

Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and device management issues and perform root cause analysis

Handle onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning activities

Support and maintain Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services

Configure policies, compliance rules, and configuration profiles; monitor endpoint compliance





Assist with device lifecycle management and deployment processes

Package, test, and deploy software applications and updates

Troubleshoot application deployment issues and support lifecycle management

Validate configurations, pilot deployments, and contribute to process improvements

Create and maintain technical documentation and share knowledge within the team

Requisitos principales 4+ years in Endpoint Management, IT Operations, or advanced IT Support

Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions

Knowledge of software packaging and application deployment

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Understanding of endpoint security and compliance concepts

Basic PowerShell knowledge (advantage)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Fluent English (C1/C2)
