To match the rapid growth of our business in Europe, we are actively recruiting for Portuguese-speaking Technical Support Engineer(m/w/d). Provide technical support throughout implementation, deployment, and production. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues,



ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer requests.

Deploy, configure, and maintain software, Linux/Windows systems, network equipment, and ESL devices. Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Delivery, R&D;, and other cross-functional teams to support project implementation and customer success. Deliver technical training, documentation, and on-site support when required.

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Support, or a similar technical role. Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems, networking, MySQL databases, and Java or Java-like programming languages.

Experience with software deployment, system configuration, and technical troubleshooting. Excellent command of Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Chinese would be a plus.
