Offer Description

Design and implement reproducible pipelines for sequencing, genomics, transcriptomics, metagenomics/microbiome, proteomics and other omics data. Develop quality control, preprocessing, normalization, annotation, integration and documentation procedures for biological data. Create use cases in genomic surveillance, antimicrobial resistance, zoonoses, microbiome, biomarkers and multi-omics integration. Apply statistical and AI/ML methods for omics data analysis and validation. Develop reproducible notebooks,



scripts and workflows. Support WP3, WP4 and WP5 on data, models and One Health services. Design training modules, practical exercises and guides for WP7, and contribute documented datasets, repositories, technical reports, publications and project deliverables.
