In this role you will enable data-driven decisions across the Data Operations team by analyzing data, building insights and dashboards, and advising management on strategic actions. You’ll work in a multinational, collaborative environment to transform raw data into actionable recommendations and monitoring tools that align with business objectives. ~ Configure and program in the data environment; query data via SQL from the data lake; automate data processes; perform deep-dive analyses in Python; adjust ETL tasks
~ Develop and champion new insights using analyses, dashboards, and storytelling
~ Build monitoring tools to measure performance aligned with business objectives




~ Create queries to answer operational and business questions across multiple teams to support decisions
~ Communicate results clearly and effectively
~ Degree level or higher in an analytical discipline (unknown exact field)
~5+ years of experience in an analytical role
~ Curiosity to understand why events happen and to deliver actionable results
~ Interest in AI and practical analytics with experience using LLMs or AI-powered tools
~ Strong SQL, familiarity with visualization tools (Metabase a plus), and Python or R
~ Outgoing, proactive, able to work independently and with others
~ Ability to engage and influence decision makers; excellent communication
